Do I need an appointment?
Walk-in patients are welcome throughout our opening hours. If you prefer, message us on WhatsApp before coming and we will advise on timing for your visit.
What are your operating hours?
We are open daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, including weekends and public holidays. Registration begins at 8:30 AM.
What should I bring to my visit?
Bring your IC or passport, any medication you are currently taking, and any previous reports or referral letters. Panel patients should also bring their company or insurance identification.
Do you see children?
Yes. Our general medical services cover outpatient treatment for both adults and children, and we provide vaccinations for children and adults.
Can I be seen for a minor surgical procedure here?
Yes. As a poliklinik and surgeri, we carry out minor surgical procedures on site, including suturing, incision and drainage, nail avulsion repair and benign mass removal.
Is KR Cares a panel clinic?
We work with insurance companies, corporate healthcare providers and company HR departments as a panel clinic. Companies can apply through our corporate enquiry line.
How do I get my results explained?
Screening and investigation results are reviewed with you during consultation, in plain language, with time to ask questions.
